Your Travel Booking

1.Whether you book alone or as a group, we will only deal with the lead booking name/passenger in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments, cancellations and refunds. The lead name will be responsible for the group and it will be assumed that he/she has the authority to act on it’s behalf. You must be at least 18 years old to book as the lead name/passenger.

2 If your booking involves a transport component (Eg flight, coach , cruise) you must notify us prior to the time of booking if any person included in the booking is not self reliant or is a person with reduced mobility and therefore requires assistance. You should also update your transport provider after the time of booking until 48 hours prior to travel if any person on the booking has ceased to be self reliant, of if a person previously reported to be with reduced mobility or as not being self reliant no longer falls into either category.

3. Any special requests made by you will be passed on to the supplier of your travel arrangements, but cannot be guaranteed.

The Price You Pay

1.All prices advertised are accurate at the date and time published. Prices can go up and down. We will be able to tell you the up-to-date price before confirming your booking. When we present prices in a currency other than pound sterling, the pound sterling equivalent may vary in line with the currency conversion exchange rate at the date of payment.

2. As a booking agent we will pass on any price increase in accordance with the conditions of the contract with your supplier promptly after your supplier makes us aware of the increase.

If the Supplier Cancels or Changes Your Booking

Your contract with your supplier may allow the supplier to cancel or change the booking. Where this occurs, we will ensure that you are promptly notified of the cancellation or significant changes as soon as the supplier makes us aware, but accept no liability for the changes or costs incurred which may result.

Your Contract

By asking us to confirm your booking, you are accepting that the terms of this agreement (and the conditions of any contract made with your suppliers) apply to your booking and your travel product components. Your contract with us is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of England and Wales.

Paying for your Travel Product Components

1 When you booking is made you will be asked to pay, for each travel component booked, the appropriate deposit or full amount, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each supplier. Once confirmed, refunds can only be made subject to these same conditions.

2. As agent for your supplier we will hold any money you pay to us, from the time we receive it until we pay the money to the supplier.

3. If payment for you r booking is made by credit card a per-transaction handling fee may be made.

How to Contact Us to Cancel, Amend or Change Your Booking

If you wish to amend or change your booking please contact 0870 70 90 007.

If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us by writing to either of the addresses shown above quoting your booking reference and the relevant travel product component booking reference(s). The letter must be signed by the lead name/passenger on the booking and once we receive it we will do our best to deal with your request as soon as possible and notify you accordingly.

Your Travel Destination

You are strongly advised to review any travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Travel Advice Unit prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations is currently located at http://www.fco.gov.uk/travel.

British Citizens require a valid full 10 Year British Passport for travel outside the British Isles and some destinations may require at least six months validity remaining on the passport. For more information refer to the United Kingdom Passport Agency at www.ukpa.gov.uk.

Visas may be required for British Citizens for entry to non – EU countries and for stays over 3 months in certain EU countries. You should contact the embassy, high commission or consulate of the destination you are travelling to for up to date advice or immigration and visa requirements. For more information refer to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office at www.fco.gov.uk

What happens to Complaints

Any complaints you may have the performance of any of the travel product components by your supplier(s) must be taken up by you directly with the supplier(s) as we do not take responsibility for them.
