Your cruise will include accommodation, meals, and most entertainment on board

Your price will not include shore excursions, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages (unless All Inclusive booked) photographs, gratuities (included in the cost with some cruise lines) or other miscellaneous items you have purchased on board
TopARE CRUISE ITINERARIES SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Yes, all itineraries are subject to change. Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
TopARE THERE NON SMOKING AREAS?
All ships now have no smoking areas, whether it be dining rooms or public places. Please request dining arrangements with your restaurant manager.
TopARE THERE DIFFERENT CLASSES OF SERVICE ON BOARD?
All of today's cruise ships are "One Class"
TopWHEN CAN I BOARD THE SHIP?
Embarkation normally begins approximately 4 hours prior to departure.
TopHOW WILL I KNOW WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE HAPPENING ON THE SHIP?
In your cabin you will be left a daily news update, which will provide a detailed schedule of events for that day including locations and times.
TopDO I HAVE TO GET OFF THE SHIP AT EVERY PORT OF CALL?
Not if you don't want to. You are welcome to stay on board.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTATION?
You will first receive a confirmation for your cruise within 14 days. Then approx 14 days before travel you will receive your tickets.
TopCAN I RESERVE MY CABIN?
Yes, but only if that cabin type/grade is available this is sometimes done at a charge. Cabin locations are illustrated in brochures.
TopWILL YOU BE ABLE TO HELP ME AS I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS?
Yes this can easily be arranged. Please give us your details as soon as possible.
TopWE WANT TO TRY A CRUISE HOLIDAY BUT WE HAVE CHILDREN. CAN THIS BE CATERED FOR?
Most cruise ships are happy to accept families (some ships do have exclusions and this will be noted in the brochures) infant are carried for the age of 6 months onwards. Each ship will have its own range of facilities for your children.
TopHOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I BRING?
On cruises that depart the UK luggage is unlimited. On fly cruises this is restricted to 20-25kg per person this depend on the airline, so please check at the time of booking.
TopHOW MANY FORMAL EVENINGS ARE THERE ON A CRUISE?
There are usually two formal evenings per week.
TopWHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR FOR THE FORMAL EVENINGS?
You are required to wear a suit for these evenings.
TopWHAT AM I EXPECTED TO WEAR DURING THE CRUISE?
By day casual, cool, beachwear, sensible shoes for excursions as some walking is usually required.
By night - men, dark suit for formal evenings, jacket and tie for more informal nights, smart casual for all other nights.
Ladies - elegant for formal nights, cocktail dress for informal, smart casual for all other nights.
WHAT ABOUT TIPPING?
Every cruise is different please check when you are booking.
TopHOW DO I KEEP VALUABLE SAFE?
Most cabins are now fitted with safes but otherwise there are boxes in the pursers office.
TopDO I NEED A PASSPORT/VISA?
Every person travelling must have a full 10yr British passport with at least 6 months validity after your return date. Please check before you book if visas are required.
TopCAN WE CELEBRATE A SPECIAL EVENT ON BOARD?
If you let us know at the time of booking we can arrange for you.
